【Details】
A creation born from a deep understanding of vintage denim. White sewing thread is selected to accentuate the blue color. For the standard stretch denim, Zimbabwean cotton, carefully hand-picked from the African soil, is used.
Using rope-dyed yarn, the weft uses original stretch core yarn, which is a polyester filament core covered with cotton. Zimbabwean cotton, the material that achieves the texture and color fading of 501xx, is a material that is resistant to shape loss and has vertical fading.
It is a material also used in the finest shirts in Europe, and it is characterized by its long fiber length and supple texture.
Zimbabwean cotton is grown slowly and steadily in the high-altitude nature of 1500m in southeastern Africa.
The cotton flowers, which are grown without pesticides, are hand-picked one by one at the annual harvest, removing impurities such as cotton waste.
The cotton harvested by hand, without relying on machines to avoid damaging the fibers, has fine and uniform length fibers, and is called extra-long staple cotton because of the long length of each fiber. By using this hand-picked cotton for the warp, the denim feels firm and resilient even after washing, and the stretch makes it feel non-stressful to wear, which is hard to believe for denim.

Sewing and processing are done by skilled craftsmen in sewing factories and processing plants that have handled major overseas brands.

The original logo brass accessories are hammered in during the final process after all sewing and remake processing is completed.
This is the realization of <PROGRESSIVE DENIM>, which goes beyond denim.
