this item is in like new condition. their s a issue with the felt band as shown in the photos. its a manufacture's common issue but with a little sewing it can be corrected if you desire the band. the issue is that the adhesive that keeps the small magnet inside the flap is crap and again its a known design fail. you can sew it up around the sides and that will keep it in place. me personally i did not need it. the headphones are so light you really dont need them. your choice though. everything else is in great working condition. does not come with the original pouch. it comes with the fake leather pouch as shown.
