Darling little jacket/zip-up sweater by Paint by Numbers/Matilda Jane. Has fold-down collar, thumb holes, ruching down the front, and cute ruffles along the hem. I have never worn this, and I don’t see anything wrong with it except a tiny little discolored speck on the back that I took a photo of. Definitely not noticeable! Size is extra small, but it’s stretchy and not too tight. Could be small?
