excellent vintage condition! I cannot see any stains or discoloration marks from my inspection. this adorable little purse has heart shaped acrylic beads on the zipper and on the zipper of the matching charm, a pvc divider within the purse, and has a clear glittery pvc body. this would be so cute for a rave or a concert!! the bag charm attached with a velcro strap and can be removed. the charm would be perfect to hold candy, headphones, coins, anything really. I believe this bag is from 2007 or 2008. purchased from yahoo japan but unsure if this was a Japan exclusive Sanrio item
