I have reset the laptop to factory settings
This version has a fingerprint scanner on it
Battery pretty much drained at this point (as it is an older laptop) so it needs to be plugged in when in use
Note that, the middle number keys (6, 7, & 8) aren’t necessarily unresponsive (still works!), but needs a very firm/deep press
The top has a custom matte black cover skin on it. if you want to remove it to it’s original silver, i think you can remover the custom skin by applying heat by a hairdryer to peel it off
