The luxury passenger-cargo ship Caribbean Star sets sail from South America towards the Caribbean Sea. Shortly after the voyage begins, a crew member is murdered, and dark clouds gather over the elegant cruise attended by VIPs from around the world.

First Officer Carter secretly begins an investigation, targeting the caregiver of the patient Seldon, but at that moment, a group of dozens of people armed with machine guns storms the hall. They coldly shoot and kill some of the passengers, taking control of the ship.

Leading them is Carreras, who had boarded as a wealthy passenger. Carter tries to single-handedly stop the terrorist group's evil plan, but they have already activated the timer on a small atomic bomb...
