Beautiful vintage 40s Japan , black lacquer musical jewelry box w painted rural scene and mother pearl inlay on top, +ring & earring compartment w tassle pulls, & burgundy corduroy textured interior. Sorry, no key, & the ring compartment needs repaired. However, the music plays, tho I’m not sure what song, lol, & the box itself is in near perfect condition! Nestled inside this beautiful box is a treasure trove of nearly 90% vintage jewelry!
