Fabulous, one of a kind casserole dish, soup tureen, serving dish, platter. MCM, probably made in the 60s or 70s? Bottom is stamped "Merry Christmas 1879", I have no reason to believe 1879 is a date or year. It's clearly made after 1946 (history below). One of the more detailed mushroom theme kitchen wears I've seen. Statement piece. Absolutely gorgeous.
The Champignon motif, Arnels and Lefton look alike.
HISTORY
In 1946 Holland Mold Inc. was founded by Frank Hollendonner, an Austrian immigrant who learned mold making at a tile company in his homeland.
