The doll is in good shape with some wear from over the years. Good shape with some wear from play. Does have paint loss and scuffs (see pics). The hair is in good shape. Hair could use some TLC but not in bad shape. Doll also comes with Baby Featherfluff pvc figure. Baby figure is in good shape with some playwear. Both are Mermaids. The doll is Plume & Baby Featherfluff from Sea Wees toy line. Made by Kenner and is from 1986. Plume measures about 4" tall and Baby Featherfluff measures about 2 1/4" tall.
